PARENT INFORMATIONAL MEETINGS


Come get all your questions answered about tournament schedules, practices, coaches, dues, etc.  The meeting will take place in the lobby of The Barn, N8770 Lake Park Rd, Menasha, WI 54952.

Wed, Oct 2nd at 6:15pm:  Meeting for 10s-12s' parents

Wed, Oct 2nd at 7:45pm:  Meeting for 13s-14s' parents

Wed, Nov 13th:  PowerPoint for 15-18s' parents

TRYOUT DATES


LOCATION:  All tryouts take place at The Barn, N8770 Lakepark Rd, Menasha, WI 54952

AGE CHECK-IN TRYOUT TIMES
15s   Saturday, Nov 16th, 8:30-9am 9am-1pm (Break 11-11:30am)
16s  Saturday, Nov 16th, 2:30-3pm 3-7pm (Break 5-5:30pm)
17s  Sunday, Nov 17th, 8:30-9am 9am-1pm (Break 11-11:30am)
18s  Sunday, Nov 17th, 8:30-9am 9am-1pm (Break 11-11:30am)


All age groups, except 10s-12s have a 3.5hr tryout.  Athletes will tryout for 2hrs, take a 30 min break, and then ALL will return for the final 1.5hrs.

BADGER REGION TRYOUT/OFFER ACCEPTANCE DATES


Player Tryout/Commitment Dates for both fall and summer tryouts:

  1. Retention will open July 1, 2024, for the 2024-25 season
  2. the last day of the 2024 GJNC / BJNC will be July 11.
  3. The last day a retention offer can be signed will be July 18.
  4. The first allowed dates for tryouts will be July 20
  5. The first commitment date will be Aug. 1. Any offers made after this date are at the discretion of the club. 
  6. The last allowed date of summer tryouts will be Aug. 18.
  7. WIAA (high school) season starts Aug. 19
  8. Fall tryouts can start Oct. 5 for 14-and-under (Commitment date: Oct.7)
  9. Fall tryouts can start Nov. 16 for 15-and-older (Commitment date: Nov. 18)
